I have been here at Cottage Villas for just over a year now. I can honestly say that I still cannot get over how incredibly beautiful it is living here. The building and the grounds are heavenly, all the beautiful woods, flowers, and the pond are just gorgeously well kept! I absolutely love my apartment, living on the second floor facing north to the woods. I have not and do not plan on putting up curtains as the scenery outside my bedroom and living room windows is just too beautiful to shut out. I have seen so much beautiful wildlife, and I am just totally amazed at how comfortable and safe they feel here. I definitely want to keep making them feel that way. This is their home, and they just let us live here. Deer, turkeys, raccoons, squirrels, ducks, butterflies, and birds galore. I have seen eagles, blue jays, robins, chickadees, finches, just all kinds of amazing beautiful birds. My favorite has to be the cardinals, each time, I am too amazed to get my camera shot before they fly away. They actually sit in the trees or on the garage roof, chirping to me and singing their beautiful songs and staring through my windows at me. I am not able to retire yet, but am working at getting a work from home job as my two dogs would love that as much as I would. I find myself every day, while at work, feeling the pull to get away from all the drama and stress and come home to my comfort and peace. I call it my little corner of the world where I feel safe and content, my piece of heaven, my place of peace that I won’t ever let go of. I feel truly blessed, and so do my fur babies, BowBow and Davida. Thank you for all you have done to give me a little spot that I absolutely adore. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
